Phillip Palhares
Managing Director

Phillip Palhares, as the principal of the company, has been operating within the Commercial, Industrial and Residential construction markets in the Albury/Wodonga Region for over 20 years. For the majority of this time Phillip has been running his own construction business, specialising in commercial construction.

Through many years of experience Phillip has developed the expertise to provide a total construction package and project management service, regardless of scope or budget.  For the past ten years the majority of projects that he has undertaken have been of a commercial nature, including Warehouse Retail Outlet Developments, Aged Care Facilities, Educational Buildings and Office and Showroom developments.  Throughout Phillip’s time in the industry he has developed a detailed understanding of project management and has accumulated the necessary resources and developed the expertise to efficiently manage even the most complex, large scale commercial projects.

As the Managing Director of Q1 Constructions Pty Ltd Phillip’s vast practical experience will ensure that the Q1 team will deliver quality, on time projects, to the client’s satisfaction.

Q1 Constructions Pty Ltd is in a very fortunate position to have a small, flexible, accessible, dedicated and experienced management team. Each member brings a different set of skills to a project. The team is experienced in all aspects of commercial and domestic construction including project management, construction management and site management for both ‘design and construct’ and ‘construct only’ projects. The management team is committed to understanding and tailoring a project to the client’s needs, thereby ensuring a successful project.
